I've bit the bullet and hired someone to create a new website theme for me using wordpress -- which I know nothing about, but I like the look of other sites that use it. At the moment, I'm both excited and nauseous. Handing over the reins to my website and saying, "go at it", is a little scary for a control freak like me. Especially when I'm wordpress challenged. It took me forever to learn the Godaddy software that created the site I now have. I shudder to think how long it will take me to learn the ins and outs of wordpress. Frankly, I'm still a little surprised I didn't chicken out and change my mind at the last minute.
I'll keep you all abreast of changes, but I've already seen the header that's going to used and it's FABULOUS.

Have confidence my friend. Wordpress is about as easy as it comes!
WordPress is VERY easy.
There are some cool things you can do with plug-ins and widgets (which I know nothing about), but as far as posting, updating and maintaining -- it's a snap.
Thanks gals. That sets my mind at ease a little. Hopefully it won't be too much of an uphill battle. :)
